The major attraction is Guartelá's incredible canyon that is at 32 kilometers long and the sixth largest canyon in the world. In the park, there are hikes for every ability and experience level, and on this guided tour plan, you can spend about 5 hours walking.
We take you to an exclusive hiking, available for maximum 20 persons per day!
You will have a chance to swim in the "panelões", Nature's whirlpool baths, refreshing pools sculpted from the rock of the riverbed over eons by the force and motion of the water. You will be able to get a glimpse of various old Indian rock paintings during the hike.

07:30 - 10:30 - Transfer to Guartelá State Park seeing one of the most important agricultural areas in Brazil (about 215 kilometres)
10:30 - 15:30 - Meet your local park ranger and start your hiking in the Guartelá State Park. You will see different kinds of vegetation, rock formations, waterfalls, nature bridges and ancient Indian paintings. Enjoy your lunch box at "panelões".
15:30 - 18:30 - Transfer back to your Curitiba hotel
