Cancellation policy
According to Brazilian Law (Deliberação Normativa número 161 de 09/08/1985 – EMBRATUR):
- Up to 30 days prior to reserved services: 10% of the daily rate will be charged
- Between 29 and 21 days prior to reserved services: 20% of the daily rate will be charged
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to reserved services: 50% of the daily rate will be charged
- Between 9 and 3 days prior to reserved services: 80% of the daily rate will be charged
- Between 2 days and the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the daily rate will be charged
Guartela State Park Tour

Guartelá State Park is about 200 kilometres (125 mi) from Curitiba, close to Tibagi, and in the middle of the "Campos Gerais" region at an altitude of around 1,300 meters.
The major attraction is Guartelá's incredible canyon that is at 32 kilometers (20 miles) long and the sixth largest canyon in the world. In the park, there are hikes for every ability and experience level, and on this guided tour plan, you can spend about 5 hours walking.
We take you to an exclusive hiking, available for maximum 20 persons per day!
You will have a chance to swim in the panelões, nature's whirlpool baths, refreshing pools sculpted from the rock of the riverbed over eons by the force and motion of the water. You will be able to get a glimpse of various old Indian rock paintings during the hike.

7:30 - Your local guide will pick you up at your Curitiba hotel
7:30 - 10:30 - Transfer to Guartelá State Park via one of the most important agricultural areas in Brazil (about 215 kilometres)
10:30 - 15:30 - Meet your local park ranger and start your hiking in the Guartelá State Park. You will see different kinds of vegetation, rock formations, waterfalls, nature bridges and ancient Indian paintings. Enjoy your lunch box of panelões.
15:30 - 18:30 - Transfer back to your Curitiba hotel
The tour includes: private transportation in car or van depending on the number of participants, local English speaking guides and local park rangers (Spanish, French or German speaking guides are available - please inform your preference at booking), boxed lunch, park entrance fees
Not included: personal expenses, tips, etc.
