Hiking tour Marumbi

Caring for destination
Main area of focus in Caring for the Destination:
Social and environmental aspects
Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
The train tour happens in the middle of the Atlantic Rain Forest, a highly endangered area that is strongly preserved in Paraná State. Showing people from all over the world its importance, the conscience for protecting it rises. Our local supplier is active in training persons to be your guide during the canoe tour. Like this, tourism becomes an important employer in Morretes and cultural and nature preservation becomes a must-do subject in the town.
Your train tickets will be left in your name in the train station (Av. Affonso Camargo, inside BWT Operadora office) and can be picked up until 8 am on the departure day. Your guide will be awaiting your arrival at Marumbi Station. We reccommend to arrive until 7:45, as the departure times can be very busy.
