Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Join-In Train Tour - Executive   has an average customer care rating of 4.60 (out of a possible 5). The scores for each parameter are:

Pickup info:

Visitors will be picked up from their Curitiba Hotel from 7:00 to 7:45. Please be ready at 7:00. As the participants are in different hotels, it is not possible to inform you now of an exact pick-up time.

Please inform us your names, date of birth (dd/mm/yy) and passport numbers by booking.
There are also other alternatives for the train tour:

- Deluxe train Great Brazil Express - Saturdays and Sundays
- Join-in tour Category Turista - with Portuguese speaking guide
- Private tour - the tour in your own rhythm. Available with guides in English, Spanish and German

- Or if you do not like to have a tour guide wity you, book only the train tickets in advance: category tourist (Portuguese - daily) or Executive (subject to confirmation).

Tour guide was great, she translated everything in English for just the few of us, and kept apologizing for her English even though, her English is great.

We had a nice experience. I must say that the departure at the train station was not good. Once we reached the brian it was a bit....what shall I say....old and the constant noise of the brakes was annoying. Of course as Europeans we are used to different trains. I am glad that I did not have to use the toilette. My husband said it was ugly.The trash along the train tracks was not nice. Especially along Curitiba's streets. Especially hearing about it being an ecological city....uh....Does not leave a good impression of Curitiba.
