Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Visitors will be picked up from their Curitiba Hotel from 7:00 to 7:45. Please be ready at 7:00. As the participants are in different hotels, the time is approximated.
Please inform us of the following in your booking:
- Your complete names and passport numbers
- Hotel name and address where you will be
- In case of children, please inform us the birthdays
There are also other alternatives for the train tour:

- Join-in tour Category Turista - with Portuguese speaking guide
- Private tour - Completely flexible based on your needs and interests. Available with guides in English, Spanish and German - Or if you do not like to have a tour guide wity you, book only the train tickets in advance: category tourist (Portuguese - daily) or Executive (subject to confirmation).
