Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Train Ticket (Only Tourist Category)   has an average customer care rating of 4.40 (out of a possible 5). The scores for each parameter are:

Pickup info:

You should go directly to the train station and exchange your electronic ticket at BWT Operadora (inside the train station) for a yellow ticket. The adress is Av. Affonso Camargo, 330 (behind the bus station). 


Notes:

We also offer this tour as a private tour, as join-in tour in the tourist and executivecategories, in the deluxe train Great Brazil Express or you can buy only the train ticket (turista categories).
