The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• cancellation made from booking date to 30 days prior to arrival: 90% reimbursement
• cancellation made 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% reimbursement
• cancellation made 10-14 days prior to arrival: 30% reimbursement
• cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival: full amount will be charged as the cancellation fee.

This tour is not recommended for children under six years of age.

Rates for children:

• Children 6-12 years: R$100 per child
• Children over 13 years of age: full rate

What to bring

• light clothes and a jacket (in case it gets cold)
• repellent and sun protection
• bathing suit
• camera with extra batteries
• cash, as it might be difficult to withdraw money in Morretes
• long-sleeve t-shirt and closed shoes for the river (for your comfort and safety)

What the tour includes:

• train ticket in the "turista" category, with snacks, soft drink and Portuguese speaking guide on board (up-grade to "executivo" category with English speaking guide available for R$40 per person)
• private transportation in car or van, depending on the number of participants
• tire tube and helmet rental.

Participants should follow all the instructions of the local guide. The river adventure is in the middle of the rain forest and he knows what you should and should not do.
