Christmas Celebration in Curitiba

The Light Gallery will be held on Rua das Flores/Calçadão da XV ( Flowers Street/Pedestrian Street) where arches of lights and other decorations will be installed between the streets Barão do Rio Branco and Av. Marechal Floriano Peixoto.

The spectacular Light Gallery is a project of the famous Italian director and producer artistic Valerio Festi, and it will start on November 30th, 2011.

The HSBC Christmas Choral is a breathtaking and sweet event that sends a message of peace and hope. The HSBC Christmas Choral is one of the most traditional and exciting Christmas celebrations in Curitiba and also in Brazil. The chorale formed by more than 120 children, presents Christmas songs in the windows of the historical HSBC building, the famous Palácio Avenida.

The historic building Palácio Avenida located at Calçadão da XV or Rua das Flores is decorated with fantastic illumination. Fireworks complete and give even more magic and charm to this fantastic event that happens in Curitiba every year. The Palácio Avenida becomes a real Christmas card!

Dates:

November: 25th, 26th and 27th at 20:30.

December: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th and 18th at 20:30.

If you are visiting Curitiba during Christmas, hearing the choir is a must-do!
