When I arrived in the evening, I was welcomed by my first name, as if they had been waiting for me. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and assisted with transport for me, swell as allowing me to leave my luggage in their storeroom whilst I travelled to Morretes for the day.
